Sennheiser Thailand Online Store does not allow for changes to be made to an order. The order has to be cancelled in the event of a wrong order placement. To qualify for an order cancellation, the order must not have been dispatched at the point of the request.

Sennheiser Thailand Online Store offers you the possibility to return any unused product within 7 calendar days from the day item was successfully delivered. Valid returns may qualify for either a refund or replacement unit.
We accept returns for the following 3 reasons:

Note: Original Sennheiser products purchased are covered by a 24-month international warranty. More information about our standard service and warranty policies can be found here. If the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for defective products identified after the 7 calendar days.
